Epic Grove holds and runs three software businesses — Veriphone, Stoky and SideBook — used by companies in 38 countries. We build products to keep and support, not to sell on.
What we build and operate
Three products, each developed, operated and supported by Epic Grove. They are separate services, with their own pricing, terms and support channel.

Real-time and bulk phone number validation and carrier lookup for developers and data teams, covering 249 countries and territories.

Point-of-sale and inventory software for independent shops, with offline operation and customer account tracking.

Bookkeeping for people running a business alongside other work: multi-currency accounts, ledgers and records that reconcile in one step.
Further products are in development. We add one only when we intend to operate and support it for the long term.

These apply to all three products and to anything we add later.

Transparent pricing
Prices are published in full on each product's website. Free tiers are usable, and there are no charges that are not stated in advance.

Data protection
Customer data is encrypted, exportable at any time, and never sold or shared for advertising. We are a software business, not a data business.

Direct support
Enquiries are answered by the people who build the products, normally within one business day.

Long-term ownership
We build products to keep and maintain. Existing products are supported as a priority, and new ones are added deliberately.

A note from the founder
Epic Grove was incorporated in June 2026 to hold and operate the software products I had been building independently for several years.
Bringing them under one registered company gives customers a single identifiable counterparty: one legal entity to contract with, one set of commitments, and one place to raise a question or a complaint. It also means the products belong to a company rather than to a personal side project.
The company is deliberately small. I am involved in the development and support of every product, and enquiries sent to the company reach me directly.
The aim is not rapid growth. It is to run a stable, solvent business whose products are still working, supported and improving in ten years' time.
